I began my musical journey at five years old in a small town in eastern Pennsylvania, where I started taking piano lessons.  Since that time, I've studied with five different teachers and worked with many collaborators, universities, and private employers in order to develop  self-discipline, creativity, and virtuosity. My passion for performance, instruction, and education has lead me to pursue a double major in music and psychology at the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University.  Here, I'm developing skills that will help me to become a better communicator, citizen, and leader.
